Firefox and touch screen scrolling with Ubuntu

Firefox does not support touch screen scrolling out of the box. To enable this feature use following configuration:

edit /etc/security/pam_env.conf and add MOZ_USE_XINPUT2 DEFAULT=1

set about:config to dom.w3c_touch_events.enabled=1 (default 2)
